Gardco Renovation & Design first started in the 1980's. At the time, we focused on restoring homes and buildings from emergency situations such as fires and floods. Over the years we have transitioned into a residential and commercial renovation contractor. We work on everything from homes and condominium buildings to strip plazas. We specialize in kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovations along with overall updating of living space. Commercially we transition new and old units for future use. Concrete work is another speciality of ours. We are all licensed in the areas we specialize in.

Our difference comes from many years spent working with many types of buildings and scenarios in the natural disaster industry. There is no challenge we have not faced when renovating.
